Common Questions

Before you radio in.

How fast do you respond to story tips?

Every form submission is read by a duty editor within 24 hours, and most within four. Tips marked Priority during a live race weekend are escalated to the live desk immediately.

Will you publish my op-ed or driver column?

We commission a small roster of columnists each season. If you have a distinctive voice and a fresh angle, send two writing samples and a 100-word pitch to [email protected].

How do I report a correction to a published story?

Use the form with the "Correction" submission type and include the article URL. Verified corrections are appended with a timestamped editor's note within 24 hours.

Do you accept anonymous tips?

We read them, but we rarely publish on anonymous sourcing alone. If safety is a concern, use Signal — our editor's handle is available on request via the press email above.
